Project Birch

Project Birch was a labour of love from Day 1. The new owners purchased the home knowing that they would be renovating it from top to bottom. Along the way, there were many surprises given the age and state of the home. It did not receive the love that it deserved in previous years. Upon completion, the home became a City Oasis that was admired by all who stepped foot in it.
