Project Mill began as a home with strong architectural bones and a beautiful property, but it required thoughtful updates, as it had remained untouched since its original build. The true design challenge emerged when the new owners envisioned two very different styles — one drawn to elegant marble finishes, the other to a warm farmhouse aesthetic. The result was a carefully curated modern farmhouse that blends cozy cottage charm with refined, city-chic elements.
